TRUST DEED PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, the Trustees herein, being desirous of establishing an institution for educational purposes, hereby declare the formation of a trust known as "Comtronix Siksha Foundation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation").

1. NAME OF THE TRUST

The name of the trust shall be "Comtronix Siksha Foundation."

2. REGISTERED OFFICE

The registered office of the Foundation shall be situated at C/o Comtronix Infotech India, Near Uma Complex, Ward no-21, Main Road, Araria-854311, Bihar, India.

The objectives of the Foundation shall include but not be limited to: Promoting education in Araria and surrounding areas. Providing educational resources and scholarships to underprivileged students. Establishing and managing educational institutions. Conducting seminars, workshops, and training programs for educational development.

4. TRUSTEES

The initial trustees of the Foundation shall be as follows:

1.Shagufta Naaz (Chairperson)

2.Md Ashraf Reza (Treasurer)

The trustees shall have the power to appoint additional trustees as necessary, provided that the total number of trustees shall not exceed [insert number].POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES

The trustees shall have the following powers: To manage the affairs of the Foundation. To acquire, hold, and dispose of properties for the benefit of the Foundation. To invest funds of the Foundation in such manner as they deem fit. To enter into contracts and agreements on behalf of the Foundation.in the event of dissolution of the Foundation, the assets remaining after the satisfaction of all liabilities shall be transferred to another charitable organization with similar objectives, as determined by the trustees.
